Science and Medicine Group Names Tony LePage Chief Executive Officer to Lead Company’s Next Phase of Growth and Innovation

Veteran market research and health data executive joins SMG to unify its family of trusted brands and expand how customers access the company’s research, data, and insight.

ARLINGTON, Va., [July 14, 2026] /PRNewswire/ — Science and Medicine Group (SMG), a life science market research and digital marketing company serving the life science, diagnostics, analytical instruments, and medical imaging industries, today announced Tony LePage as its Chief Executive Officer. LePage stepped into the role earlier this year and is leading the company’s next chapter of growth, innovation, and closer connection with the customers it serves.

LePage’s appointment comes as SMG accelerates plans to unify its family of market intelligence, research, and digital media brands into a more connected experience for customers, while investing in new ways to put decades of proprietary life science and healthcare data to work.

“I’ve joined a company built by some of the smartest people and most trusted brands in life science and healthcare market research, and our customers have stayed loyal to that expertise for good reason,” said LePage. “My job is to help steward that legacy into its next chapter: innovating on top of everything SMG has built, and making it easier for biopharma, medtech, and healthcare organizations to put our data, research, and insights to work, however and wherever they need it.”

LePage brings more than 20 years of experience in healthcare and consumer market research, most recently leading M3 Global Research US, with a track record of driving revenue growth and building high-performing teams.

“We are very committed and strong believers in what SMG has built across the life science and healthcare markets it serves, and Tony is the right leader to further build on that foundation,” said Bill Snider, Partner at BroadOak Capital Partners, a life sciences focused investment firm. “His leadership marks an exciting new chapter for SMG.”

As part of this transition, SMG also promoted Dameka Williams to Chief Research and Insights Officer (CRIO), overseeing research and insights strategy across SMG’s family of brands.

“Stepping into this role, I’m excited to integrate our primary research and syndicated insights offerings to offer more holistic intelligence solutions to our clients,” said Williams. “As we grow, customers can expect the scientific rigor and excellence we’re known for across all of our research and insights products and services.”

Together, LePage and Williams will lead SMG’s next chapter, as the company continues to invest in the people, data, and technology it takes to serve life science, diagnostics, and healthcare organizations with even greater speed and precision.
