1. About Science and Medicine Group

Science and Medicine Group, Inc. (SMG) and its affiliates — including but not limited to AuntMinnie.com, DrBicuspid.com, AuntMinnieEurope.com, IBO, IMV, SDi, Kalorama Information, SMG-Amplion, BioInformatics, and the Science Advisory Board — provide syndicated research, data intelligence, and advisory services for the life sciences, diagnostics, and medical device industries.

2. End User License Agreement

This is a legal agreement between the organization purchasing the Report (“the Purchaser”) and SMG.

By accessing, viewing, printing, or using any SMG Report or data, you agree to the following license terms:

You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use purchased SMG content strictly for internal business purposes, as defined in these terms. This includes:

1. Reading and referencing licensed content;
2. Creating limited internal derivative materials (see Section 5 for details on citation requirements);
3. Derivative works must not include more than 15% of a single report;
4. All charts, tables, and infographics must remain intact and cited (see Section 5 for details on citation requirements);
5. Derivative works are permitted for External Distribution as long as they are properly cited and do not exceed 15% of a single report.

If an “Online Only license is purchased, you are permitted to:

7. Access or print one (1) copy for internal use only for the number of users licensed.
8. Make use of the licensed content for a One Year Term from date of purchase.

If an enterprise unlimited license for a report is purchased, you are permitted to:

10. Host a secure copy on a corporate intranet.
11. Share an original print/electronic copy of the Report internally with an unlimited number of employees within the same organization, regardless of location;
12. Display, search, and print contents for internal purposes;
13. Incorporate data into internal presentations with proper source citation;
14. Make use of the licensed content for a One Year Term from date of purchase.

You are strictly prohibited to do the following for all license types:

15. Share, rent, lease, or license the Report or data with external parties; including but not limited to parent, sister, or subsidiary companies;
16. Use SMG content to train any public or private artificial intelligence tools or models;
17. Copy, translate, or modify the content for commercial reuse;
18. Systematically make printed copies of the entire Report;
19. Distribute the Report (or substantial parts of it) including but not limited to public websites, AI platforms, or non-secure networks;
20. Alter or remove any copyright, proprietary markings, or disclaimers.

3. Copyrighted Material

All title, ownership, and intellectual property rights to SMG content, including all reports, data, and supplemental materials (“the Report”), are reserved by Science and Medicine Group Inc. This material is protected under U.S. and international copyright law.

No rights are transferred other than those specifically granted in the license accompanying your purchase. Any use, reproduction, or redistribution of SMG content not in accordance with the license terms is expressly prohibited and may lead to legal action.

4. Account Registration

Certain Services may require an account. You agree to provide accurate information, protect your login credentials, and take responsibility for all activity under your account.

5. Intellectual Property and Citation Requirements

Proper attribution is required when referencing SMG content in internal documents:

6. Sharing Guidelines

Internal Sharing: Permitted for those with Enterprise or organization-wide licenses only.

External Sharing: Only SMG publicly available white papers, blog posts, and benchmark summaries may be shared externally, and they must be shared in their full, unaltered form. Distribution of purchased reports requires a formal distribution license.

7. Privacy and Data Handling

We take your data seriously. Our Privacy Policy (https://www.scienceandmedicinegroup.com/privacy-policy/) outlines how we collect, store, and protect personal and usage data across all Science and Medicine Group platforms.

8. Payment and Delivery

• All purchases are final unless stated otherwise.
• All purchases are “as-is.”
• Products are delivered digitally via secure links or portals.
• Pricing is subject to change without prior notice.

9. Termination and Enforcement

Violation of these Terms may result in:

• Suspension or termination of account access.
• Legal or financial penalties.
• Public correction or clarification by SMG regarding unauthorized use.

10. Limitation of Liability

All content and services are provided “as is.” SMG and its affiliates disclaim any warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. SMG is not liable for any damages resulting from use or inability to use its content or services.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in courts in Virginia.
